Time for something new! con-pearl® van floorings are the light and stable alternative to heavy wooden lining in vans and buses.
You can configurate our van floor directly at your Mercedes-Benz car dealer. Our con-pearl® load floor has a load bearing capacity comparable to wooden flooring.
The advantage? It is 50 % lighter, washable and less cost intensive!

Fastening Systems
Drive-in nuts
Drive-in nuts will be covered from the backside. If the plate diameter is about 25 mm the pull out strength gains 2.400 N. We recommendes to mount the transporter equipment with dirve-in nuts.
Screwed inserts
Screwed inserts are a good chioce to fix something in our van flooring from above.They can be installed subsequently. If the diamaters of the screwed insert is about 14 mm the pull out strength gains 1.000 N.
TSSD® Ejot dowel
The plastic Ejot dowel merges with the plastic van flooring this is a special and innovative technology. It is possible to anchor the Ejot soultion before or after the installation of the van flooring. The dowel gains pull out strenghts from 670 N by a dowel diameter of 9 mm.

Tes tests in accordance with DIN ISO 27956:2011 reliable pull out forces of 300 daN or > 300 kg considering the installation specifications. The load anchorage rail was tested – with a 250 mm hole grid.

We are the specialists!
We know better than anyone else how to install our van lining. Very high temperatures are not uncommon in vehicle interiors in the summer. To ensure that the van floor retains its shape even with high temperatures, special know-how is required during installation..
Contact us and learn for example how the diameter of the bore hole is related to the van floor bearing in the vehicle.

Cleaning: Even an extremely dirty floor (e.g. with metal splinter, fine splinter or oil) can be cleaned with a conventional floor cleaner. The van flooring does not form mould in damp environments.
