Effective August 1, 2026, Florian Kisling has taken over as managing director of con-pearl GmbH.

With his many years of experience in the international plastics industry, he will strengthen the company’s strategic and operational development.
In various leadership roles, Florian Kisling has been responsible for national and international business units and has gained extensive experience in production, extrusion, recycling, sales, marketing, and business development. He intends to bring this expertise to con-pearl and work with the team to shape the company’s future growth.

Several factors were decisive in his decision to take over the management of con-pearl GmbH. He was particularly impressed by the company’s unique value chain—the combination of materials expertise, recycling, and customer-oriented reusable solutions—as well as the development opportunities within the Inteplast Group.

His first impressions of the company itself were equally positive.

Right from the very first discussions, Florian Kisling noticed the employees’ dedication. He wants to further strengthen this sense of teamwork. For him, openness, trust, and collaboration as equals form the foundation for shaping the next steps in the company’s development together.

He also sees promising prospects for the future. In the industrial sector in particular, F. Kisling sees potential to further expand existing markets and tap into new areas of application. At the same time, reusable packaging solutions and circular economy concepts are becoming increasingly important in many industries—a trend that, in his view, aligns well with con-pearl’s strengths.
