Locking hooks and locking hook receptacles The innovative hook solution makes it easy to insert the intermediate floors. There is no need to go around the box to fix additional bars, for example.
Loading hatch This simplifies the loading and unloading of the load carrier as well as the insertion and removal of the intermediate shelves.
Intermediate shelves with grip holes … consist of a sturdy con-pearl® hollow chamber panel. The intermediate shelves can be adjusted to the load requirements. Each one can bear loads of up to 90 kg. The grip holes enable ergonomic insertion and removal of the intermediate shelves. The intermediate shelves can be positioned without tools.
No individual parts All parts are firmly connected to the box or intermediate shelf. The modular design makes it easy to replace individual components.

Many options – many possibilities
Loading flaps are ideal for loading boxes with one-piece rings. With a variety of closures, such as our Velcro and hook-and-loop tape or sliding bolts, there is something to suit everyone. Another option is the document pocket on the outside of the ring. This means that information or descriptions of the contents are always available and the container and goods can be traced. The document pocket is available in DIN A5 format as standard, optionally made of PP or PVC. Alternatively, placard label holders can be attached to the ring. The label stays on the pallet box for as long as necessary and can be removed without leaving any residue if required. Goods that are susceptible to electrostatic discharge require safe transport and protected storage. To prevent damage to ESD (electrostatic discharge)-sensitive products, their packaging must be made of electrically conductive plastics. We offer ESD protection as an additional feature of our large load carriers.
